Structural surveys
At JSG Consultancy, our structural surveys are used by our clients for a variety of reasons. They are often required following a point of sale or remortgage valuation survey. You or your client may have become aware of damage yourself and require professional advice.
Our services include:
- We can offer a fully independent service to you or your clients
- We understand the need for prompt service, especially at a point of sale and will normally issue reports within 3 working days from receipt of instruction
- We will fully explain our findings and advise you on what further steps need to be taken during our visit. This will be followed up by our report setting out our findings in an easy to read, jargon free layout
- We provide coverage for Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, North Bucks, North Beds and South Lincs
- Fees – we have a standard scale of charges. You will be advised of these prior to instruction.
